GPT-3 has captured the public’s imagination unlike any AI since DeepMind’s AlphaGo or IBM’s chess-­playing DeepBlue.

Apple tried to invent the future with the Touch Bar in 2016. The futuristic concept promised to have app-specific, useful, easily-understandable function buttons.

In June of 1995, representatives from Microsoft arrived at the Netscape offices. The stated goal was to find ways to work together—Netscape as the single dominant force in the browser market and Microsoft as a tech giant just beginning to consider the implications of the Internet.
